Orders placed before 1 pm Eastern time Monday to Friday ship the same day from Gallipolis, Ohio; later orders ship the next business day. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned. We ship to all 50 states, Washington DC and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.
Aerosol and pressurized products (some setting sprays and spray sunscreens) can only travel by ground; if your order contains one, express and overnight options may not be available for that item.
Returns - even opened
Sensitive skin is unpredictable, so our return window covers products you've tried. Within 30 days of delivery you can return any item, opened or unopened, for a full refund to your original payment method.
- Email help@tidepoolbeauty.shop with your order number and the items you're returning. We'll reply with a prepaid return label within one business day.
- Return shipping is free for reactions and damaged or incorrect items. For other returns we deduct $5.95 from the refund to cover the label.
- Refunds are issued within 3 business days of your return arriving; your bank may take a further 5-10 days to show it.
- Gift sets must be returned complete. Items marked final sale cannot be returned.
Damaged or wrong items
If anything arrives broken, leaking or not what you ordered, email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund straight away - you don't need to send the item back.
Lost parcels
If tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or shows delivered but you can't find the parcel, contact us and we'll open a claim with the carrier and reship your order.
